Sue started in the mortgage industry in early 2001 and has worked for Vining Mortgage, a division of the Bank of England Mortgage since late 2009. She likes working at Vinings Mortgage due to the excellent management team, opportunity, flexibility, diversity of product, low closing costs, a small-town feel, and working with people who really care. For the past few years, Sue mainly works with first-time home buyers and special housing programs. She works with people who may be credit challenged, and those who are not. She likes teaching people the mortgage process and helping them to get into their first home. Sue finds this very rewarding work.

Sue also enjoys working with seasoned home buyers and assisting homeowners with refinances to lower their term and/or payment or to take cash out for debt consolidation or home remodeling and repairs.

She has a few 4 legged children, has a love for all animals, and supports groups that provide care, protection and find shelters and permanent homes for animals.
